Case in point -- in his first visit of the house, to do a market analysis, he was the only realtor out of several that took time to note each and every area for improvement and take pictures. While this sounds typical, every other realtor just did the bare minimum -- you could tell Matthew really put time and effort into catching everything that could be improved. I also wanted to work with him because of how detailed his marketing strategy was -- he told me about a digital staging software he used to make pictures of an empty house, look like a fully staged home, he told me about his photography skills and editing software to enhance pictures of the house, he told me about all the digital cookie tracking he did, it was just so comprehensive. Most importantly, he also quoted us the highest selling price of any realtor, with a listing price guarantee. Overall, if you have the opportunity to work with Matthew, do it! He's such a conscientious realtor and someone who definitely goes the extra mile!
