Self-introduction
Today's technology-centric real estate market demands that agents not only have interpersonal skills but also have analytical skills which come into play when gathering and analyzing data to advise their clients. I have a unique combination of an undergraduate degree and work experience in marketing and sales and a Master's degree and work experience in computer information systems. This ability to be both personable and understanding while at the same time analytical sets me apart from many other agents in the business.
My education and training is not the only thing that is so diverse. I grew up primarily in the Long Island, New York area, but throughout my life I have lived in Los Angeles, Boston, upstate New York (Buffalo) as well as Atlanta since 1996; so for those relocating from any of these areas to the Atlanta area, I have a good idea of both what it is like where you are coming from and where you are going to. While in Atlanta, I have personally resided in Smyrna, Alpharetta and, most recently, Marietta, which has given me the kind of first hand detailed knowledge of all 3 of these areas that can only be obtained by having been a personal resident of the area.
When working with me as your agent, you can be sure that you will be guided by an individual with a tremendous ability to analyze and advise while being personable and having fun. Along the way in my real estate career, I have earned several awards and certifications such as becoming a life member of the Million Dollar Club at the Atlanta Board of Realtors as well as completing the additional training and testing to earn a full broker level license. However, I prefer to measure my success more by the trail of happy clients that I leave behind than on personal achievements and awards.
